Just because the box and papers includes COSC paperwork doesn’t mean it is the correct certificate for the watch. I am on a Keto diet and macro and micro tracking is very important for losing weight. Recently in a forum I heard someone say they use Cronometer for macro and micro tracking. But it does seem that MFP does better with Fitbit than Loseit, but nonetheless they both work with Fitbit pretty good. The COSC paperwork will have a number which should correspond to a number on the movement. They both integrate with FitBit very well. Unless you do some sort of cardio between measurements (weekly or daily or monthly) and are 100 confident you have burned some excess fat, you might only be measuring differences in mass balance ie food & drink in vs sweat + waste material out. Some collectors simply refer to this as the COSC. Paperwork and Identification:ĬOSC certified watches will often include a chronometer certificate. Nutrition info is also included for free. Cronometer vs lose it free#Protein, Carbs, Fat info is included in the free account. Tests are conducted for at least 15 days, in 5 positions, in 3 different temperatures. CRONOMETER: I have started testing this one in more detail for the past couple of days: Pros: Their database is more accurate and more complete.
